About the Department

The Graduate School of Education and Human Development offers a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning and a Doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning. The focus is on organizational learning and change. Graduate certificates in Leadership Development and Organizational Learning & Change are also an option.
