Scraps presents the work of three designers who have pioneered creative approaches to recycling textiles: Luisa Cevese of Riedizioni in Milan; Christina Kim of Dosa in Los Angeles; and Reiko Sudo of Nuno in Tokyo. Organized by Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum.

Blackboard: Assignments and Tests   12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Join the Instructional Technology Lab to learn about assignments and tests in Blackboard! Blackboard offers a variety of ways to assess your students. This 60-minute workshop will primarily cover how to create assignments and develop tests that make the best of both your time and your students efforts. Come discover the essentials of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, the new version of the synchronous virtual classroom tool, beginning with a general geography of the new and improved user interface and ending with a practice session. Participants will leave the workshop with hands-on experience in features such as text and voice chat, PowerPoint slideshow delivery, and desktop sharing. Please register here.
