The Institute for Knowledge and Innovation of The George Washington University cordially invites its faculty, students, and affiliates to attend a guest lecture by Kazue Kikawada, the founder of the leading Japanese knowledge research consortium, on the topic of:
Work Place Innovation
for leveraging the productivity
and creativity of knowledge workers

Mr. Kikawada is a long-term collaborator with Professor Ikujiro Nonaka and co-author of several books.
Most recently Mr. Kikawada co-authored ?Case Studies of Knowledge Management? (2001, Nikkei-len Publications, Tokyo), and ?Towards the Theory of Knowledge-Based Country: A New Paradigm for the policy process (2003, Toyo Keizai Shinpousha, Tokyo). Mr. Kikawada also collaborated on and contributed to ?Managing Industrial Knowledge? (2001, SAGE Publications, London).
Mr. Kikawada will be assisted by Researcher Takahiko Nomura who is in the process of completing his Ph.D. in Engineering at Keio University, Japan.
This session will be introduced by Dr. Michael Stankosky from The George Washington University and Dan Holtshouse, Director of Business Strategy and CKO for Xerox Corporation.
